If your Samsung Galaxy Watch does not turn on or the screen remains black, the battery may be completely discharged or the watch may have stopped responding. After charging it for a few minutes, performing a forced restart can help if it remains unresponsive. This does not erase your personal data or reset your watch.

Restart your Galaxy Watch

Your watch may be frozen due to a temporary software issue. Performing a forced restart (reboot) can clear temporary system errors without affecting your personal data.
