Not sure yet on quality of phone, battery seems to run out quickly especially over night when not in use, also wifi turns off when out and about but as soon as i'm home i have to manually put the wifi back on

Upgraded from a S21 which gave good service but battery life was now questionable so far the battery life seems OK on the S25, appreciate the smoothness of part exchanging the old phone with Samsung, love the compact size of the s25 plus the display is really sharp, copying over all my apps was relatively pain free except having to input all the passwords as I'm used to using biometrics but understand the need for security reasons, overall really pleased with my upgrade

I just change from an galaxy s8 to galaxy s25. Well, let's say I'm happy with it. It's much faster and with so much helpful technology. And, of course it's a new phone, but the battery last much longer than my poor old phone. Camera is better as well and the connectivity is perfect.

Absolutely shockingly bad service. 2nd phone I've had. 1st had to be sent back due to "technical issues". Fine. Only problem, no one communicated and I was threatened with debt collectors for a phone that I'd sent back, but no one had marked as received. Now on my 2nd phone. Had it for a few weeks now. Still not connected to the network - another "technical issue" no doubt - and I am still awaiting a replacement sim card which should have been sent out to try and resolve the issue. Absolutely poor service from a company you'd expect so much better from. Wishing I'd never bothered.

Phone is good camra not to bad but my main thing is making phone to wide and there no option to custmize make own maybe u should be first company to let custmers have choice to build phone as they want specialy how big how wide i love samsung but keep making wider and with my artirtus and operation on my hands dont think be able to buy any more of these or though want to and prfer old camra edit cus was able to move like people or grass on to pictures with this new camra edit not able to do that now so samsung boss or manger please please can u look at either making phone smaller in width or at least option to custmise own i have s25 now and i struggle now bit to hold and tex this phone as it is so if u have special email i could contact u on to get phone made would be gratful i know im no superstar but would be gratful the colour good on phone u get some nice colours aswell think battrie could be longer though perfomance good though so if u could leave ur email.samsung so i can contact right person cus ive mention few times bout this but still making bigger regards marie

I'm happy with the product
It is so much easier to handle than my A52. It is so light by comparison. Fast performance thanks to snapdragon. Clean minimal look of the software. And the camera us great on those days when the sun isn't out.

Also, go to Settings > Apps > Bixby Voice > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, as this will refresh the app. Ensure that your phone's software is up to date by going to Settings > Software update > Tap 'Download and install'. You also may wish to perform a soft reset, as this will completely refresh all systems on your phone. You can do that by pressing and holding the Side key and the Volume Down key at the same time for about ten seconds or until your phone reboots. You won't lose any data with the soft reset. Changed S25 to S25 hoping for a better phone. Truth is the S23 was beter all round. This S25 battery is very poor even on battery saving mode. Not amused with my change 😕

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S25 and while I had high expectations, my experience has not been fully satisfactory. The performance is generally good, but I have noticed some issues with battery life, which does not last as long as expected with normal daily use. Additionally, some of the AI features feel inconsistent and not as useful as advertised. There are also occasional lag issues when switching between apps. Considering the premium price of the device, I expected a smoother and more refined experience. At this stage, I am not fully satisfied with the product and would appreciate if Samsung could review my case and advise on possible compensation or support options. I have always trusted Samsung products, so I hope this can be resolved positively.

Bought couple months before feel good with it
This phone is supposed to have some degree on IP Rating and has a 24 month warranty however my phone - less than 11 months old failed to connect to SmartSwitch or to recognise a USB-C flash drive when connected to the USB-C connector on my phone although it would charge via the USB-C connector. When I took this to Samsung they said there was 'corrosion' in the USB-C socket and was not covered by the warranty - really makes a mockery of the warranty especially as this phone has never been taken into the bathroom or anywhere else for corrosion to have taken hold.... Disappointed and out of pocket having had to pay for the socket to be replaced. !!!!!!

I really don't like it to be honest. I preferred the previous model ... I had to upgrade as the s20 needed replacing.

Chose to upgrade from my s22 to an s25 fe ( yes it's the mid range tier ) compared to the newer and more premium galaxy series but the bigger screen and battery life clinched this phone for me , perfect for games and my online casino and poker games

Turning on the phone is so much easier than my A14 Samsung. I can use Fingerprint scanning so easily on the S25 to turn on and for things like my banking app. My old phone was also meant to have fingerprint scanning but it was either difficult to use or didn't work at all. Still getting used to the new phone but I think there are probably quite a lot of features which I won't use but I am still pleased I bought it as it has double the storage and twice the RAM.

Everything... apart from the camera which is disappointing. I upgraded from the S21 and its camera was miles better. Photos were sharp and clear but not on the S25 ive just got. Main thing i wanted from my phone was a really good camera . Im having to manually tweak nearly every photo i take which is a pain ! Ive tried all the tips for better quality ohotos etc but its still same. Much prefer my S21 which i should have just stuck with.

It's a phone. Makestand receives calls and other contact apps. Games, music etc.. BUT visually impaired people ( me being one) have no hope whatsoever of reading the stupid tiny text in the quick start guide. Thank goodness there is a helpline. It was better when a new handset was set with the basics ie language., time & date etc. Why did you stop?

What I love about my S25 is the size and the AI features! I have small to medium sized hands so it an ideal size to hold and use. Dex will be a feature i will definitely use in the future as i don't need a laptop but could do with a bigger screen for photo editing. Which brings to the camera, it is amazing, far better than my old Samsung A51. As I am an amateur photographer, the camera was a really important feature. I really enjoy using Gemini AI for research, Bixby for phone based tasks and modes & routines for automation. Overall, I am really pleased with my purchase though I would have loved the use of the S pen in this sized phone. Maybe Samsung might bring out an Ultra Mini 🤞

The S25 ultra is better than the S26 . I have always had a Galaxy S series as I find thay are more reliable than the IPHONE. I also have the S26 but I prefer the 25.

I had an S21 for years, loved it, so upgraded to the S25 which is equally good. Menus are easy to navigate, battery life is great and I'm sure the Ai features on this S25 will come in handy. Will 100% be purchasing Samsung phones in the future.

ya so its as expected i own like every samsung product and waited 2 years for the s25 ultra. i would give it 6 stars but i cant but i LOVE samsung. all my friends are jealous of my s pen aswell and were a bit shocked when i said its a samsung phone because they expect androids to be laggy and bad and dated. but anyway, i love my s25 ultra and dont want to upgrade it because its just so beautiful. oh, and all the galaxy ai stuff is actually so good (and now brief is really cool and useful icl)

Gps turns loses signal when charging. S23 didn't do this

Not happy with th phone it not that good the volume not that loud when ur speaking to someone and when it rings

My 25Ultra is great, loving it. VERY disappointed that I am not getting my smart watch as promised on the promotion. Sent through all paperwork I got with the handset. Love everything about the phone...apart from when it comes to taking a screenshot! Having both buttons on the same side to take a screenshot is very awkward. Apart from that I love it,have always had Samsungs and never had any issues or problems. Some great new features to explore.

I love my S25 ultra, but when it comes to the AI I'm stuck. I know how to remove people or objects in photos but that's about it.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
