2. Buy within 60 days of your purchase
You can buy Samsung Care+ within 60 days of purchasing your Galaxy device through your device settings, on Samsung.com or the Samsung Care+ website. Go to Samsung Care+ website for more details.
3. Buy at Samsung Experience Stores
You can buy Samsung Care+ at Samsung Experience Stores either when purchasing your new Galaxy device or within 60 days of purchase (available in select stores). Search nearby Experience Stores.

Is Samsung Care+ transferrable to another person?If you have purchased a fully upfront paid Samsung Care+ Service Plan, you can request for a transfer of your existing Samsung Care+ Service Plan to a new owner (tnc). Samsung Care+ paid via subscription plan is non-transferable.

I am giving or selling my device to a new owner. Must I transfer the Samsung Care+ to the new owner?In order to ensure the balance benefits of the Samsung Care+ remains claimable by the new owner, we encourage the Service Plan to be transferred to a new owner.
